We host with Amazon Web Services globally. You also have a choice of where your customer data is hosted. This may be just a preference or perhaps a requirement due to privacy and confidentiality concerns.

Leads 365 is cloud-based, so no installation is required. You will need to configure the app to suit your business and load in your data. The app has built-in tools to help achieve both.

Simply go to our sign-up page and enter the required information. Once you place your order, a Leads 365 database will be created for you.

Within reason, there is no limit on data storage. However, if we notice you taking up terabytes of space, you may get a call from us!

No. Because we are cloud-based, you need a connection to the internet in order to use Leads 365.

You do absolutely nothing! After the trial period, you will automatically transition to a paid subscription, unless, of course, you have canceled. We provide you with an online billing portal so you can manage your subscriptions at all times.

You will have access for the remainder of that billing period. You can download your data at any time.

We do a daily backup of all servers and data. If you wanted, you could also download your own data at any time.
